You can report safety concerns by filling out our online form. Your feedback is crucial for improving standards and resolving issues.
Once you report an issue, we’ll review it promptly and take necessary actions. This usually includes contacting local management, and if they cannot address the issue escalating it to the safety hotline. It will also be recorded separately from the company to keep a record of ongoing and reported issues. If you wish to be updated there is a place on the form to add contact information on your preferred method on being updated.
